iNet has 24/7/365 monitoring, NOC techs, SDM’s, and Engineers staffed globally in strategic geographic areas. iNet NOC is the 1st line response (within 15 minutes) with functional and local escalation paths internally.
All end-point hardware devices are monitored by iNet. Depending on the device, the pass/fail parameters can be suited to fit the needs of that device/application.
